Call LA DWP at 800.342.5397 and provide your new address, including unit number. They will ask for your contact information and the service start date. Once the account is active, you will receive a bi-monthly bill with electricity charges, as well as a bulky item collection fee of approximately $1.33 (subject to change based on current LA DWP rates).
If you have any large items to be disposed, you can call “800-773-2489” and make arrangements to have items picked up (pick-ups are every Tuesday).
